Transport/Pick up point and time
Transport (bus transfer) will be provided for both AGM and Convention (to and fro).
As stated in the registration form, it is $27 for both ways meaning, $13.50 for either way). Bus transfer is provided only for:
1) 30 November to AGM (Time – 9.30am)
- Pick up point 1: Sydney Central
- Pick up point 2: Domestic Airport
2) 2 December to Convention ~ Time – 12.30pm (no lunch provided)
- Pick up point 1: Sydney Central
- Pick up point 2: Domestic Airport
3) 6 December from Convention ~ Time – should reach airport by 3.30pm.
- Drop off point 1: Domestic Airport
- Drop off point 2: Sydney Central
Alternate travel to campsite:
1) Driving to Campsite – please allow about 1.5 hours for travel (from Sydney) as there might be traffic along the highway down to the campsite.
2) Train – it takes 1.5 hours on the train from Domestic Airport station to Stanwell Park station, which is 5-10min drive away from campsite. However, trains to Stanwell Park station is not very frequent, hence checking the timetable for the train will be necessary (http://131500.com/). We can arrange pick up from Stanwell Park station. Train fare: $17.80 single trip.
We strongly advise delegates to take the bus transfer, unless you are driving down to the campsite. The train option will be more applicable to part-timers, and we can arrange with them for special needs.
